Ardmore Roderick (AR) takes great pride in the successful execution of various noteworthy projects, and our partnership with Lockheed Martin Space is another example of this expertise.
AR successfully led The B810 Windover Project, a $1.4 million interior renovation of classified spaces. Collaborating closely with Lockheed Martin Space (LMS), they adapted the initial requirements throughout the design process to meet evolving customer needs. By engaging pre-qualified subcontractors with specialized security knowledge and experience, we ensured compliance with the client’s stringent security standards.
AR transformed approximately 27,000 square feet into an efficiently laid-out workspace as we worked on B810 Third Floor Renovations. Advanced planning sessions with senior leadership finalized the comprehensive renovation, which encompassed new HVAC systems, upgraded power and data distribution, as well as contemporary ceilings, furniture, and finishes.
Additionally, Ardmore Roderick excelled with the B810 Exterior Improvements, Parking Lot Expansion, and Perimeter Fence Project, revitalizing the building’s appearance and enhancing security. A fresh paint job aligned with the campus color palette, while a new perimeter fence controlled access to the secure facility. The addition of an exterior patio provided a relaxing space for employees, and a thoughtfully designed parking lot expansion accommodated 80 more vehicles for employees and large events.
Lastly, their expertise in interior renovations shone through the B810 SSP Suite Project, a $1.6 million endeavor that involved close collaboration with the Lockheed Martin Space (LMS) client to meet ever-changing requirements. By continuing to enlist pre-qualified subcontractors with specialized security knowledge and experience, Ardmore Roderick ensured smooth construction progress, adhering to the client’s rigorous security standards.
